They contain natural lavender of the best quality in just the right amount to brew a regular to large cup of balancing and soothing herbal tea. It's just perfect for use after a long and tiring day at work to help you calm down and relax!

I searched for some relaxing lavender teabags and came across these. I am very pleased with them and recommend them to anyone who loves lavender and for people who need an alternative to caffeine drinks in the evening. Lovely flavour and I find there is no need to add sugar. Honey will work, but I feel it isn't needed. These are the best I have found and will be buying more!
