Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 ounces of lavender chocolate
- 1/4 tsp Lavender Essence (or to taste)
- Sugar to taste
- Whipped cream on top if you are feeling naughty!
- Melt the chocolate in a pan over a low heat, stir with wooden spoon to stop it getting too hot.
- Once melted pour the milk in slowly whilst beating or whisking the chocolate, then keep stirring until milk is hot enough to drink.
- Take off heat and stir in Lavender essence.
- Pile on whipped cream on top for a very luxurious hot chocolate
- If you use our Lavender Chocolate you may not need to add any sugar, so taste before adding.
