cooking with lavender


  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 ounces of lavender chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp Lavender Essence (or to taste)
  • Sugar to taste
  • Whipped cream on top if you are feeling naughty!
  1. Melt the chocolate in a pan over a low heat, stir with wooden spoon to stop it getting too hot.
  2. Once melted pour the milk in slowly whilst beating or whisking the chocolate, then keep stirring until milk is hot enough to drink.
  3. Take off heat and stir in Lavender essence.
  4. Pile on whipped cream on top for a very luxurious hot chocolate
  5. If you use our Lavender Chocolate you may not need to add any sugar, so taste before adding.
