Returns Information

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase to us we will issue a full refund for any item that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.  All items must be accompanied with the original receipt and in a saleable condition. Where possible we would ask that you return the item in the original packaging.
 

Please note, we cannot issue a credit or refund for any products which are opened or used.
 

We are not responsible for return postage or any cost associated with this.  We would also recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
